- Due to hygiene purposes, open/used products cannot be exchanged or refunded. All purchases are final.

SHIPPING POLICY
- £2 UK Standard delivery on all UK based orders. All UK shipping will be delivered via Royal Mail. Fierce Feline Cosmetics are not to be held responsible if any orders get lost in transit, as we keep a record of when orders are distributed. Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your orders to be delivered.
- International Standard orders will be shipped via Royal Mail with a charge of £6. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your items to be delivered. Please be aware that you may be charged with a customs charge by your local mailingdepot. Rates may vary.
